Close up and personal | HYBRID WORKING WEBINARS | Free session 15.00-16.00 CEST

September 30th, 2022 Friday 15:00 - 16:00 CET

Close up and personal: an exploration of the impact of sensory connection and the power of the imagination in online facilitation.

In this 1 hour workshop, Jude Tavanyar explores activities that engage our senses to create emotional connection and deepen teamwork and learning in the online environment.  She will also be looking at the often unexplored impact of what might be called our ‘sixth sense’ in virtual facilitation – the power of the imagination to inspire ideas, open up possibilities, and create collaborative opportunities among individuals, and in groups and teams.  Jude is interested in the ‘psychology’ of online collaboration in multiple contexts, and how working across distance via the Internet can become not just a means to find ways of doing by computer what we previously did together face to face, but as another way of communicating altogether, with its own rules and complexities, and also its own benefits.

If you typically find online meetings and learning events boring and impersonal, this workshop may be for you!

This session will be facilitated by Jude Tavanyar, senior facilitator at Nomadic IBP.
